Google CEO – “You Need A Coach”

Eric Schmidt is the CEO of one of the most successful companies in American history, why would he need a coach? He says it best, “The one thing people are never good at is seeing themselves as others see them.” Therefore, he relies on his coach to give him perspective and challenge his decisions and actions.
Tiger Woods uses a coach for the same reason. Even though he can swing a golf club better than anyone in the world, he knows only a qualified coach can help him improve that swing.
Therefore, I have to ask, where do you need change in your life? Are you dealing with a sugar addiction? Do you have a negative self concept? Would you like to have better relationships? Are you looking to make a career change? If possibly the wealthiest athlete ever and the CEO of one of the best companies in the world know they need coaches to accomplish anything, how can you be any different?
